I picked up one of the small 'Fixtures' cards in the club shop, which states the on-sale date for every game this season. The card said that the Derby away game would be put on sale on 5th Sept, yet it is still not on sale via the website.
Can you please clarify why there has been a delay for the Derby game, and when the tickets will go on sale?
