This may sound like a sillt question, and probably not deserving of a new thread, but couldn't see the answer anywhere else. If collecting tickets at the Amex for away games does each person have to pick their's up individually? I only ask as for the cup match I've got to get 9 tickets, so can I collect all the tickets with booking confirmation, or does each named person have to pick up seperately?

All the individuals will need to be there you’d think

No the lead booker gets them, I had the same query for Stoke, but only I had to be there.

So my son is a student in Liverpool and his mate is in Nottingham. This can't be right but apparently they've got to pick up their Sheff Utd cup tickets in person at the Amex. Surely this isn't the case??

Ring the ticket office, pretty certain they'd be able to help come to an alternative arrangement.

Try the post. Christmas rush is long over. If they don't arrive, they'll have to be sent to Bramall

Why would you think that? What difference is collecting to when they all get posted to lead booker?
Seems a bit of a joke to only ID the collector rather than all ? But that seems to be the way!

If someone hasn’t already pointed this out but there is a postage option as well, presumably to overcome the problem you’re describing.

Not really - no different than posting. Still liable to be subject to random ID checks on the day.
Well I know but if they are collecting anyway, another good point to check everyone you’d think

So for the Blades cup game, if all the party aren't going to the Wolves home game together, you would expect such groups, possibly from various parts of the country like us, to have to all present at the ground together to collect?

But if getting by post, they can all meet on the Sheff United matchday!

Nope I really don't get that and thankfully neither does the club.
