If we have a good season the demand will be there. If we have an exceptionally good season then even with 8,000 more, there could well still be a waiting list! Relatively cheap to expand the stadium, but millions in revenue potentially lost if you don't foresee the demand correctly and have thousands on a waiting list.

In Champ, say 26,000. As still 1/2 empty away end mostly, and some new fans put off by travel hassle for every game.

In PL, away end usually sold out, and more make it. 28,000.

I reckon 26k would be about right at the moment for average league games (I bet TB and MP are kicking themselves for not putting top tier on east stand). However 30k+ would be about right for PL with the big games selling out and an average of about 26k.
