What I find ironic is that when the hooliganism of England supporters abroad was rife it was seen as as a major reason why we were never in witha sniff of hosting a tournament. These Russian hooligans will see the World Cup as literally an opportunity to take on the world and show Russia ' s might.
I can't see that there will be the political will to curb any excess either - Putin behaves the same way in his foreign policy. I can see things really kicking off in the summer.
