Does anyone else play this absolute shambles of a game? And more specifically, has anyone ever won a 'Manager of the Month' award? I won it for November but despite receiving an email in December to confirm this (after sending an email to chase it up) I've had nothing. Not the 'souvenir Argus front page', or the free tickets to an Albion match. I've since sent two more emails but not even had a reply so to be honest I've given up hope of getting anything.

Just wondered if anyone has encountered a similar experience?
