Defeatist as it maybe I've pretty much given up hope of survival this season. Sorry but it just seems too big an ask now. So the question is this.

How will we fare next time round, in league 1?

If we go down, I have utter faith of coming straight back up. We have been in the situation before and know how to handle it.

Rotherham, Gills and Forest haven't.

I have gone for mid-table but I am still holding out hope that we will stay up.

We probably will do down this season and we probably wont come back up the next season BUT I am convinced we will go up out of league 1 and not down within 3 years.

This all assumes we keep our up and coming players as I believe, that Lynch, EL Abd, Henderson and Richards are all cracking prospects for the future. Our Youth teams run in the cup has also showed that there is more to come.

I also think that Robinson will find his feet in League 1 and become our missing 15-20 goal a season man.

Add that to Falmer and the long term future is bright, if not, in the immediate short term.
