I expect information from an easyjet desk at least...not for them to quickly close the shutters on the information desk, and handed a bit of paper saying your on your own, by some bad tempered menzies woman (I cant blame her for being bad tempered with up to 100 people surrounding her)
This is the first time ive encounted a problem with them, and whatever is said, the flight wasnt particularly cheap anyway just before xmas. The flights to and from Prague are either Gatwick or Heathrow, and obviously if youre visiting Brighton (for a funeral no bloody less, not something you pre book), you choose Gatwick(EasyJet). My home is in CZ and ive a job I should be at this morning.
They could have smoothed a lot of agitated people at midnight who had been sitting there for hours waiting with some simple announcements at least if they were too scared to face their customers. There werent even any announcements, other than. All Easyjet flights from Gatwick today are cancelled.
