yeah say what you like about crofts but end of the day he got us through and thats all that matters

i think crofts plays a bit like oatway did ie running a lot and breaking up play. What he does have in his armoury is goals.

The best part about that goal was when we won the corner the ball bounced back off the advertisment boards behind the goal and dickinson put the rebound in. a few albion ( i think as a joke - or maybe through not seeing it go wide) cheered. which was followed by a large jeer by the Torquay fans - lots of wanker signs etc etc. these signs and jeers continued as the corner was taken and when the ball went in the sudden silence coming from the 'popular side' terrace and the eruption of noise from the away end was enough to make a grown man cry. beautiful.

oh and the goal helped
