Amex ticket office

I have just been to buy my Cardiff ticket and having arrived at the Amex at 5.05pm the shop was closed. Although I was allowed in to buy the ticket it was only because there was a customer in the shop and someone was on the door. The club website only gives details of the opening times of the ticket office at Queens Road and my assumption (wrong as I now know) was that the Amex would be the same as there was nothing to the contrary on the website.

I would have not been happy had I left work early and not been able to get my ticket.

I was expecting 5.30pm as the is the time for the ticket office at Queens Road and there was nothing to say anything different.
