I do hate americanisms in british sport. But the question is a good one. I'd have the same three in a different order:

1. Bridcutt
2. Kusczcak
3. Bridge

With an honorable mention going to Spanish Dave and Orlandi.

1. Liam Bridcutt
2. Adam El-Abd
3. Wayne Bridge

This is it for me. Kuszczak, Upson, Greer, Bruno, Hammond, Buckley, El CMS... on their day.

Obviously Vicente, but why mention him? Omnipotent.

How much longer before you have tailgate parties at the Amex?

Football 365 ran this feature today listing all the PL club's 3 most important players in terms of performance this season. Got me thinking. Who would ours be? I reckon:

1. Bridcutt
2. Bridge
3. Kusczcak

exactly those 3

Thats the one part of stateside bullshit that I would seriously not mind seeing. However, with bottom line Barber at the helm, it'll be a cold day in hell before you see the Albions good ol' boys rocking up with a case of cold ones and half a pig cooking away :(

I think it'd be a cracking idea though, a lot more social and a bit more variance on the (admittedly lovely) pies, and detestably rank hot dogs and burgers. Maybe if we lined up an MLS pre season friendly?!?

I think MVP is quite a good acronym. There, I've said it.
