F/T 1-4.

West Ham were excellent, they took their chances and the score could have been bigger had it not been for 3 or 4 top saves from Hall.

O'Mahony, Mullins, Peupion were the pick of our bunch. Doyle was disappointing tonight compared with his great display vs WBA.

However, the takeaway has to be Webster's form. It is no exaggeration to say we missed Leigh Kavanagh tonight.
Thought Peupion was lightweight and ineffective…….a few runs down the wing but no end product at all, either slipped, or turned backwards and never took his man on. Agree re Webster though - also would have expected him to be the clear and obvious leader on the pitch given his experience but barely heard him.

Must have been a toilet break for me. Obviously he managed a clean punch/flap. Just saying he has a lot of work to do to get past Beadle, McGill, Rushworth etc etc
Fair enough.

How much have you seen of Beadle, McGill and Rushworth in action (for comparison purposes)? FWIW, I hope they would be ahead of him! - he's very much a rookie in this environment. Not made a bad start though.

... And now Atom just red carded having conceded a penalty for a studs up challenge. ...
Atom's red card was for the violent conduct after the challenge (grabbing the neck area of the West Ham player who came over to "intervene").

Three match ban, he misses the remainder of the "regular" season.
