Missed Fans United 1 after being ill the night before. Still attempted to go but narrowly missed hitting a car within 100 yards of the house. Decided that a 360 mile round trip was probably pushing it.

Sure this has been done before, but what the hell.

1. Newcastle away 1979 when we got promoted to Div 1. Dad and brother went, but not me. No idea why, I'd've been 14 at the time

2. FA Cup Final - 1st game. Had a ticket, but my RAF Sgt would not give me a days leave.
