We are running a new 10 week Adult football Fitness programme at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre starting from 23rd June.
It is a great opportunity to get fit for the new football season. All sessions will be delivered by AITC Coaches using our Community 3G pitch and a range of specialist fitness equipment.
