The problem is whether the owner of the AED considers it public access. Around the Hove/Portslade area I know Shoreham Fire Station has one, Portslade Town Hall, Wish Park Cafe (part funded by West Hove Dynamos) – however these aren't Public Access in that a member of the public can just go and use it.
