Given that I am the king of useless stats and have a lot of time on my hands I have researched something that might just be a little interesting for once.
From 12th downwards, all the teams average a point a game or less
Looking back over the last 30 years this has appears to have never happened at a comparable stage (although two or three seasons have come very close).
I fully expect this to be picked up by a lazy newspaper intern and appear in a publication somewhere (as has happened before).
