I have to say, Fulham in 1966. George Cohen playing left back. He's still alive (just) and there's a statue of him at the Cottage in the place that dodgy Michael Jackson's dodgy statue once stood.

Don't know about modern era - but didn't West Ham have some in 1966 ?
Blimey, you'd have thought they would mention that.
Unless of course they were playing for Germany, that would explain the silence.
