this is a tough one to call

on one hand you have a team who were completely skilltastic, but unlike their 1970 counterparts couldn't go all the way.......i can see why anyone would vote for brazil

BUT

on the other hand you have a nation who, on there only visit to the world cup (how the f*** did they qualify?!) showed absolutely no evidence that they had any idea of the basic rules of the game

What I love about this group is the two videos. The Brazil one is four minutes of football PACKED with flicks, 25 yarders & all-round flair football. The Zaire one is a bloke kicking a ball away - the most inept piece of football on a World Cup pitch... which is utterly flair.

It really is a clash between the opposite ends of the flair spectrum

Surely the video's show that there really shouldn't be any contest? The Brazil one as you say is PACKED with flair. The Zaire one is 28seconds of some guy not knowing the rules and booting the ball away. Which, whilst being a very strong contender for the flairest moment ever, isn't enough to beat the skilltastic flairmania of the brazil video. Surely?! Zaire are a magnificent one trick pony, but a one trick pony nonetheless. It'll be a sad day for flair if Brazil 82 go out to a one trick pony, IMO.
