Villa's left back options currently consist of Aly Cissokho, Kieran Richardson, Enda Stevens and Joe Bennett.
Bennett is 4th choice LB and did not time in the U21 game for Villa against Stoke which included Joe Cole.

No i'm not. One swallow doesn't make a summer. Tonight was a vastly improved performance and so credit due for that. I'm still not convinced by our signings yet but maybe as the season progresses.

Quite often you see players have a great debut and then fade. I hope this isn't the case here. Fingers crossed.

Okay. However the way the signings were scorned was far too over the top.

They were outright dismissed as panic buys and nobodies.

I would very much doubt they are either debut one game wonders

The first hand info I got about Tex was accurate. A view I very much trust

Absolutely. Logically they should get better, especially Holla who hasn't had much of a pre season!
