Arsenal v Swansea - HOME
Palace v West Ham - DRAW
Liverpool v Huddersfield - HOME
Watford v Stoke - HOME
West Brom v Man City - AWAY
Bournemouth v Chelsea - AWAY

If they all happened on Saturday, we'd have very little pressure on our game on Sunday. #wishfulthinking
All went as I'd hoped except for Watford v Stoke. Let's make it count tomorrow!

Defoe's looking money well spent at moment as well (against us excepted)

£6m signing on fee, plus 156 weeks wages @ £80k = £18.5m. Smirking creep Howe summed it well when he announced the signing:

“This a huge moment for the football club and another step in the right direction,” said Howe.

“We want to bring players here who can have a big impact on our continued rise and we believe Jermain fits that as a natural, proven goal scorer. We have known him for a long time, since working with him as a young pro and playing with him. I have followed his career and am delighted to say he is going to be playing for AFC Bournemouth again.”

We all know that to survive in this league, we will need a lot of the marginal things to go our way. How happy will we be if, at the end of the year, Zaha's equaliser doesn't save Palace, but by taking two points from West Ham, ends up saving Brighton?

WBA had 21.7% possession against Man City even less than us at 21.8%

We need a win against Southampton to put us on track for 37 pts. Even Palace are only about 5 pts adrift of expected and most of the clubs in he bottom 14 about par. Huddersfield and Newcastle are ahead and West Ham and Everton are behind expectations but not by much.

8 more home wins and 2 more away wins is my target for survival.

The home target looks the most challenging so let's chalk off 1 of those 8 wins today.

Watching Leicester v Everton now.
By the looks of it Rooney has some blue paint on his hand, probably not washed off from his community service!
