I'm looking to go on a last min city break in Europe this weekend - budget around £300-£450 for two people... any tips on where to go/look?

Thanks

Go to Skyscanner and search on your date for 'everywhere'. You can then see where you can pick up cheap flights to and then have a look online for suitable accommodation.

I love Stockholm, great small city but they are having a crappy summer so far weather wise, when its sunny in the summer its one of the best in europe.

I've only been in the winter, 3 times, and loved it. I must be a city fan, no not that citeh.. love Paris, Rome, Stockholm, Madrid, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Den hague and more.

Took Mrs Jakarta as a post (we hope) cancer treat to Riga in Latvia, an absolutely lovely place.

I think we had had done everything we needed to do in the 4 days we were there so probably a definitive City Break.
