The posh bit
You may well be right and I actually like proper coalitions; not the current nonsense with two idealogical opposed parties shoe-horned together and muddling through.

The Tories will not be running the country, this is all I really care about at the moment. One step at a time.

May I be the first:

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Sky News reporting exit poll results now.

Con 316
Lab 239
SNP 58
LD 10
UKIP 2
Others 25

Bit of a shocker for one or two of the leaders if that's accurate.

Thats the BBC exit poll they are reporting Edna !

BBC, ITV and Sky teamed up - it's one and the same as BBC reported as Big Ben struck 10.

I got the update from Sky News. Same results as the BBC one which also popped up so I guess the same source.

This is the first one since becoming an adult that I wont sit up for simply because whoever gets in and whatever they do will not affect me greatly.being an OAP and not working.

What about Ben and the other members of society?

What's everybody watching then?

C4 for me, with David Mitchell & Jeremy Paxman right now.

I might get serious later, but I'm feeling just a little alternative at the present time. Crazy, I know.

Can't believe the country have stuck with brain dead dave.

If these polls are accurate, and there's no reason to believe they're not, it's a reflection of a number of quite a few sad things 1) How self centred the country has become, I live in hope that we become more caring about the less well off, but we don't do we 2) The influence of the press looms as large as ever. Actually, I'll leave it at 2 as I'm feeling sad.
