Walt Garrison, the world's most Texan man, being interviewed at the moment.

Yes, Dara. I got used to Kevin, and I don't find her an improvement at all. Unbelievably grating to me, but there you go. I'd probably let Neil Reynolds host it.

The Falcons were very impressive; the NFC Championship game will be fascinating. Slightly off-topic, has there ever been a worse presenter than the one on Sky Sports NFL?

The Texans were better than I thought they'd be. Fancied them to win but they actually looked quite good, albeit against poor opposition. Wouldn't fancy facing Thomas Rawls, either.

    The OFFICIAL 2016 NFL thread

It seems particularly harsh given (a) the short lifespan of a running back, and (b) what appears to be a resurgence in the importance of the position. Insofar as $12 million dollars a season can be harsh, obviously.

Must be so frustrating to play against. I was pleased to see that performance as I'd like someone to challenge the Patriots in the AFC.

Le'Veon Bell is ridiculous. More or less unstoppable.

Terrible news: was really looking forward to seeing the Raiders compete in the playoffs. I wonder who the Patriots will face in the Superbowl.

I am, and I bet the Titans are wishing they'd played you last week.

Yes, I think it's unlikely, and Denver is a pretty good bet. But personally I still think the Jags could make the playoffs from a poor division, and would like to see Romo go there.

I hope he can be salvaged. I've developed a bit of a soft spot for the Jags, and if he gets sorted I still think they can be a decent team. What about Romo in free agency? Any chance?

I would have said before this season that it's an intriguing job for someone. From what I've seen of Bortles this year, I'm not sure any more.

So frustrating for Rivers. I'd love to see him have a genuine shot at a title. Looks like Andrew Luck may go the same way.

Don't think I can recall ever seeing a QB under so little pressure as last night.

Very impressed with the Falcons. I knew they were good on offence, but they're doing very well on defence as well.

Good season for them so far. I could do with Amari Cooper having a big day today.

I picked up Siemian a couple of weeks ago just in time for his injury. Tannehill and - until today - Mariota have been utterly hopeless.
