Acer update. Yes, next door built a lean-to to store logs right on the boundary 30 years ago. The owner who inherited it 15 years ago is 81, so I'm not going to be a dick about it. I can see a future own demolishing it just to get a better view of my acer :lolol:
From Seasalter to Whitstable about an hour ago. I'm not the best judge of whether my new cheapo lens is flawed because of the marking inside the glass. Looks decent to me (for £200 off the normal price).
Bought a new lens for my bottom of the range Canon. Reduced from £250 plus to £90 due to some mold stains in the lens, but the Ebay vendor promised it did not affect the function. I think he was right. Here's Ragnar the Bastard, snapped from a distance today.
I took this a few months ago with the Lumix before I destroyed it. Very amusing pic of our cat, Ragnar (the bastard) pretending to ignore the neighbour's cat (on the left). Look at his face, just look at his face!
A pic with my new bottom of the range Cannon. I haven't broken it yet. But I need to work on the sharpness.
(I feel a bit like someone posting Cliff Richard on the 'best track of the day' thread).
Nah. He loves a box so whatever arrives in the week we keep one of, so he has a lovely new box to get into. Oddly his favourite bivouc is the plastic thing we use to take him to the vet (claws trimmed, jabs, etc.)..
Not a special photo but this is an old rose, bought 30 years ago, that smells amazing but which has no immunity to mould. And this year, we have some flowers.
