Absolutely, and to think that half way through last season many on here were writing him off. They will be eating their words now thats for sure.
In terms of assists from Germans in the Premier League era, he is the only onein the top ten, apart from Ilkay Gundogan, who is still playing, so...
A few months ago, about half way through last season, it crossed my mind to ask the club how much they would charge for a Pacal Gross number 13 shirt, framed and bearing his signature.
He wasn't such a popular figure back then, off form and not starting many games. Now however back in the...
Very true, Pascal knows that this is only a temporary parting of the ways anyway, he will still get the chance to visit family occasionally, plus of course have them come to him.
The guy has been immense for many a season! Ok he has had the odd period when he has lost a bit of form, but that happens with every player.
Lewis Dunk and Solly March apart, Pascal has been our longest serving player, and without him in the team l have my doubts as to whether we would have...
Yes indeed, l made myself a coffee, then sat down to admire Pscal's moves, (next series of Strictly perhaps?), but then one sip and the video came to an impromptu end. :flounce:
It's rubbish, this is German geography we are talking about remember.
I doubt if the average German has too much idea as to where exactly Brighton is, let alone Farnborough.
Well the club that we signed him from five years ago, Ingoldstadt were hardly one one of Bundesliga's big hitters either, and Werder Bremen currently in thne 2nd tier of German football, seems to me an ideal choice for a man who has spent his prime in the hurly burly playing in best league in...
Well they signed that Preston centre half, (whos'e name escapes me), primarily l think becuase they were so short of defensive options at the time. Something of an emergency signing if l remember correctly, and one they probably wouldn't have made in other circumstances.
But yes, l'll agree...
All just guesswork at the moment, no one knows for sure that Bissouma is going anywhere at the moment. Unless you know something that us other mere mortals don't?
I don't think it's a matter of us wanting to get rid of anyone, just that allegedly at least, Liverpool have shown an interest in Gross.
Although personally l doubt very much that so called interest has any validity in it.
There was some talk, if l remember rightly, after Pascal's first season with us of a possible interest from Liverpool, but that was before Klopp's tenure, and Liverpool play a very different style of football now. Gross is a few years older too!
£30m, what world are you living in! As much as l love Pascal Gross he isn't worth anything like that figure, certainly not at this stage of his career.
