    Ironic that the technical changes introduced to enable closer racing seem to have resulted in a befuddling aerodynamic cluster**** that is having the exact opposite effect.

    I don't follow F1 nearly as much as I used to but when I saw Schumacher completely write-off a second car through another unforced error after just 7 rounds of the season, I did wonder if Haas might decide they can't afford to keep him anymore. He doesn't just break cars - he utterly destroys them.

    I believe I heard on 5Live that this circuit has signed a 15 year deal to stage a F1 world championship race. Seems such a waste that the constructors go to such pains to design and develop machines at the pinnacle of motorsport and then the current organisers make the drivers drive them round...
