US beers not always, I've managed to find bars that do 22oz "pints" too. As for beers, the bog standard Sam Adams is ok, Sam Adams seasonals are better (and stronger). Heartland brewery in NY is great too :drink: :cheers:

Gozo We stayed in Gozo for a week - much nicer than Malta. Very laid back with some quaint villages, beaches, etc. Even better if you dive as it has some great sites. Can get to Gozo by ferry or helicopter - definately recommended.

For what it's worth, I thought Mayo had a good game too. Best I've seen him play in a while.

Cramp is usually caused by dehydration so drink more water. But should you get cramp, you're best stretching your calf muscle (try and point your toes towards your head) rather than rubbing the muscle. Works quicker and normally prevents the continuous ache.
