Personal finances and a complete mess when it comes to fixtures dates/times combined with the challenge of sharing my ticket for dates I can't attend probably mean I’ve decided to give it a miss next season.

I work in IT and don’t assume it will be easy to make changes in the fly. I would have expected a ticketing system (I doubt the Albion have had a bespoke system created from scratch for them) to be able to accommodate cancellation and rescheduling.

The ticket has the name of the ‘new’ owner printed on it. If they really do enforce the ID/Covid Passport check then you’d be snookered.
Given it’s an electronic ticketing system, it should be relatively easy to return a ‘shared’ ticket for the rescheduled date to the original owner.

Anyone else noticed the amount of ‘your ticket has been updated’ messages being received for tickets in Apple Wallets? I’m not sure what the updates are but I’ve had 6 or 7 updates since the ticket swapped over to Everton

I viewed Saturday as an opportunity for the club to test the expected process before it becomes mandated.
As long as the club have been able to learn from it and are in a position to amend processes and/or provide feedback I suggest it was worthwhile.
