I was expecting tickets in the away end to be £37 but they're £28 thankfully.
Would love us to bring 2k odd again but I'd be surprised if the club has taken more than half of the allocation....we sold out for Man United and Arsenal within days and the club only took 1,800 tickets. We're a joke...
Have just found a train that leaves Newcastle at 4:45am and gets to London at 9am so may well just head down on the Saturday, could actually work our good for me if the price doesn't rise before Friday.
I was with Brighton fans for most of the day so didn't do much singing on the train or in the pubs myself, I was one of about 50 trying to get some sort of atmosphere going in the away end but was surrounded by 2,000 statues!
Cabaye and Taylor will both be out. Thankfully we're only losing one player (Tiote) to the next African Nations so Papiss and Demba would've been there regardless. I think we'll either draw or lose, we've been dire this season and Pardew seems to like the fact that we just hoof the ball at every...
Would've been a good trip for you lot, a massive allocation and plenty bars and pubs near SJP. If it goes to a replay it's not ideal being midweek but it'll still please a few!
Yeah people did seem to take it well, think it's because we're used to getting knocked out of the FA Cup early now...
I'm happy, good day out in Brighton last year despite the shocking display.
Hopefully the tv companies and the fact that Sunderland are also away doesn't mean that the game is moved to the Sunday or a daft kick off day/time. Would be nice to be able to get a train back this year as the 8 hour...
It's hard to say really. NUFC generally have good support but the two away games we've had so far have seen us take about 100 to Athens (£500 flights and 10 days notice) and 200 to Maritimo, which again was expensive and with little notice.
We're taking 10,000+ to Brugge in 2 weeks though, only...
Bolton and Wigan simply because there's f*** all there!
West Ham is the biggest shithole though, went in a 12 seater minibus, not a wise move putting our flag in the winda as they were FAR from happy after we beat them 2-1. :lolol:
I embarrass myself on a regular basis, just a habit I have. :(
Couple of months back I left uni and started looking for a job whilst I looked for something more long term. I had a pizza delivered to the house and thought I'd ask the bloke if he was looking for any delivery drivers, turns out he...
