We are running a new 10 week Adult football Fitness programme at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre starting from 23rd June.
It is a great opportunity to get fit for the new football season. All sessions will be delivered by AITC Coaches using our Community 3G pitch...
Just a quick update -
We have a new Walking Football session starting today (Tues 31st) at 5.30-6.30pm at Manor Field School, Burgess Hill. We are running it as an initial 12 week course costing £1 a session.

Unfortunately we have heard the news that Joe took his own life shortly before 10am today. Our thoughts and condolences go to his family at this time.
Not sure in brighton itself as only know him through our football programme. His family have asked for people to look out for him in Brighton, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone.
