It won’t be played next week. Chelsea play on Monday 15th against Everton so there isn’t time before their semi final.
It’s going to be one of the three midweeks at the end of the season now so April 30th onwards at the earliest.
Edit can’t be the end of April/start of May midweek as Chelsea already have a midweek fixture. That means final 2 weeks of the season. 14th/15th/16th of May would look most likely to avoid clashing with any European fixtures (although I don’t think UEFA outright ban fixture clashes like they used to anymore).

Very unlikely it would go up against Champions League when it does not have to. It will be 15th or 16th May
I really hope not. That’s the only midweek I can’t make. Who do I need to lobby, as it’s obviously really important that I’m not inconvenienced.

There's nothing to hold up the decision now, is there? As in, the only additional fixture either team could have is Chelsea could reach the Cup Final, which has no bearing on the date of the game to rearrange.

As per usual this will be driven by Sky/TNT. Given this could have a significant bearing of who qualifies for the Europa or Conference League, given the 'niggle' that this fixture now has between fans and of returning players who are 'disliked' plus the potential that if Chelsea fail then the pressure on Pochetinno could be sack-inducing then the TV companies will defo want to screen it.

Already annoyed as after careful and precise planning a mid week city break to not miss a home match, I’m now going to miss City home match. Ironically I’ll be in Rome.
In fact, can we do that with the remaining games? Then we can all knock off early, yeah?

We’ve had the extra 8 games of the euros so yes it feels like we’ve had our usual quota of football by now, I’m knackered watching so feel extra sorry for the players
