Brighton factually.....

The ground attack is taking it's toll on numbers, he can't hide all the dead.
It was inevitable they would resort to long range bombing, I would not be surprised to see blitz type attacks in future.
Russia is about to get lower, dirtier, and even more indiscriminate with it's special operation.

Interestingly and I think relevant to this thread, Russia and China have blocked a UN security council ceasefire resolution on Gaza.

Look Africa. Look Global south. Look Muslim world. Who are your friends here? Ukraine and the West, or Russia and China?

Hang on America. Hang on.

If we're not buying Russia's oil, how does hitting their refineries affect oil prices?
If prices go up so does the value of the US oil produced.

I wonder why they are making this comment at this time...?
As one reply said...then so is Russia since they are getting most of their weapons from Iran and North Korea.
And as another reply said:
They are leaving now........Because if they stay what would be the reason?

Or are they just upping the Maskirovka, to wrongfoot the enemy?
Or are the NATO manoeuvres in Romania a risk too far? Maybe they aren't ready for a conflict with NATO. Putin hinted as much in his speech.

My money is on Maskirovka v2.0 - an attempt to avert the west re-arming, while giving Russia time to re-arm and come back stronger.
Putin has borne a grudge for decades. He isn't suddenly going to change his mind because of a few drones or oil refineries. Or 450,000 dead Russians.
