Really enjoyed the European experience and will be there next week for at least one more time. There is always hope that we can turn it around and if not, thanks for the adventure it's been great and look forward to the next time

Ask yourself (if you are thinking of not going) if you have already paid for a ticket with transport to a match that's a friendly against a top European team would you attend the match? Probably I suggest yes and as a bonus should we win by 4 goals you get an extra bit of exciting football and we could possibly win a dam sight more than a friendly, now who's going Thursday?

I’m looking forward to next week. Of course I’d have preferred a better result tonight but, as they say, it is what it is. We have no option but to go at them hammer and tongs. There’s no reason why we can’t do what Roma did tonight, and be 2-0 up at halftime. Admittedly, if we ARE 2-0 up I suspect Roma will do whatever it takes to not concede again, but I think it can be a fun match. That’s my prediction — 2-0 to Brighton, with a long period of genuine hope that a miracle is on the cards, even though we’re unlikely to make it. But I bet it It’ll be fun for a while.

and if my uncle had a fanny he’d be my aunt.
Plus he’d compete in the female category at ParkRun and consequently the administrators would remove all Fastest Times and First Finishers stats from the website - even Junior ParkRun, ffs - ruining it for everyone

nope, after going to Rome and watch that shite show not going to make a 4 hour trip to see Roma score at least a couple more!
I’m sorry to hear this. Likewise I spent a small fortune and traveled 1000s of miles to watch them, but I saw them score three concede none and pick up six points, so I see this campaign different to some. I’ll be there to show my appreciation.

It’s Roma, at the Amex, under the lights, of course I’m going! Will now either be a relaxed enjoyable match (hopefully), or the chance to pull off the greatest comeback of all time. Plus I’m looking forward to my cheeseburger.

Modern day footie fans are MENTAL 😂
What happened to just going to watch the team you support?

- it could be our last European game for a long time
- you might end up seeing the most phenomenal comeback and say ‘I was there’
- it’s a Brighton game innit! There aren’t that many in a year.

Anyone thinking it’ll be empty is mental. It will be packed. It will be rocking.

I’m just so angry that RDZ was so tactically naive as to not give us a glimmer of hope. If we try to escape Rome with a 2 or even 3-0 defeat we’d have that hope and potentially one of the best nights we’ve ever had at the Amex.

He completely failed to manage a 180 minute tie. His tactics robbed us of that chance of a magical night and I’m really pissed off about it.

But if you can’t go and get behind the team on a night in the Europa League knockout stages. When can you eh?

A good consequence from last night, is the glory hunting entitled twats won't be there.
Hopefully they will have flogged their tickets on the exchange to fans who want to enjoy the match.

Everyone who will be there, will be the right kind of people.

Now, are we going to change the last line of We've got Super Rob De Zerbi?
Or keep it for shits and giggles?
