I realised Stat was joking about booing, didn’t actually realise it was a thing tbh - however, it was this comment I was referring to in your quote of me

Sounded like a direct question.

Obviously just baiting in retrospect so I’ll ignore any further comments from this poster 👍
If you know he was joking then surely you could see my comment was just doubling down on the joke?

Baiting ffs :dunce:

Agreed. We need the unpredictability of direct approaches too, as I feel they are harder to defend against than patterns.
I think we probably missed Gilmour against Wolves - his vertical play to our forwards at times is brilliant. Sometimes ‘possession’ is just that - it doesn’t necessarily take us forward as we know. I do like the idea though that Barco and Hinsh are attack-minded - I wonder if having players like this in deep lying positions might reduce the amount of flaffing about a bit at those times we seem to have run out of ideas?

Is he eligible for the Rome game?
I saw some conversation today on Twitter or X as it's called now, and there they were saying that he wasn't registered in time, but there was no clear answer. Does anyone know if this is true?
He is not on this list from UEFA.

There IS a clear answer - he hasn't been included in the necessary squad list.

@Zeberdi Went to reply your message from earlier but seen it’s been deleted. Not sure if by you or the mods.

I’ve got neurodivergent family and have volunteer work with neurodivergent kids so I hope my message didn’t seem too harsh, not offence was meant!

I thought saying “0 goals in 2 months” when the games were in the same week would be a big enough indicator that I was doubling down on the Stat Brothers joke. My apologies

I hope so, in most games we need to mix it up more...pattern play mixed with direct approach. It worries me a bit when I hear Dunk and others say "we always know what the next pass option is" - maybe that's fine when playing out from the back, but to break down low blocks we need a variety of approaches and spontaneity.

We’re now to Argentina what Man United or Spurs have been to England for years. As soon as you join Brighton you get called up to the national squad!
The only difference is Argentina win stuff!
