Watching it live, I said "He was off his line there" - it seemed very obvious. I was surprised that even the VAR-less officials didn't order a re-take.I do love how football fans see exactly what they want to see, and wilfully ignore everything they dont!

Doing the draw BEFORE tonight's matches is really shit.
If its City (or Liverpool) away in the next round, half the excitement of tonight's game is pretty much evaporated before we've even kicked off.
How do you prove injuries ..... Or how do you prove someone isn't injured ? Anyway all conjecture. Not gonna happen.

No, man city and Liverpool winning it would mean that 7th comes into play for European football which is what I'm after.
My ideal semi final line up would be us, man city, Liverpool and man utd. That way we'd have a very good chance of Europe next season. Unless we bollocks up the league.
I'm sure nobody would question it if we turned around and said half the team we'd announced were injured.

For fans, maybe. But I can't see the players – and DEFFO not Roberto – thinking like that. Regardless of the opposition, they would still be in the cup and with a chance (there IS a chance) of beating anyone else left in it.
They wouldn't throw a game in the PL or Europe because they are playing a team perceived to be 'better' than them, so why do it in the FA Cup?

TBF this is our first home draw in the last two seasons, so it wouldn't be a shock....
That can't be right, we're the team who always get drawn away / who always give away points to teams on losing runs / who refs are biased against.
