He's just quoting the news yesterday from Brazil's manager that Pedro is out of the squad for the international break.
Whether that means RDZ initial 20-25 days estimate is now going to be more , its hard to tell. That initial estimate would have meant a return - to training ? on/around March 9th/10th. The international break starts March 18 and leads into Easter. But agreed it looks negative.
"Dorival Junior, who was named Brazil manager in January, said: "In particular, some players who had slightly more serious injuries, such as Alisson, Matheus Cunha, Joao Pedro, and even Neymar, are totally removed from any possibility at this moment."

Brazil aren’t going to bother naming someone in their squad that hast been playing around the time of said squad announcement, unless they were a key player & desperately wanted them for whatever game they had coming. Seeing as Pedro isn’t a guaranteed starter for them for ease they’ll just name someone who is fit. Every chance he’s fit enough for us by our European games.

Reckon Dunk has picked up some sort of niggle. Saw him overstretch to make a block and seemed to be favouring it (groin?). Hopefully I’m just imagining it.
