Just googled Francesco Farioli (Nice manager) Only 34 but worked with RDZ at Sassuolo and Benevento and funny enough has his 2nd placed team playing exactly in the same manor as Brighton. Would be disappointing is we seem to have double standards. Potter gave us nearly twice as long as RDZ will have.
