Difficult to say whether we'll get a fair price. We've recently let Trossard and Burn go for well under market value.
As you say, he's only worth what others are willing to pay. We need multiple bidders to push the price up.

Sounds like decent business by us to have the transfer fee rise based on his success this season. I'm sure that no-one really expected him to be knocking on the door of the Germany squad now having scored 14 league goals and of course we'd love to have had that kind of form in the Premier League had he not gone on loan. Spoke to a german guy on holiday who watches VFB week in week out and he said it took Denis a while to settle in but now he is the first name on the sheet.

Potentially a £9m turnaround in less than a year. I’m very interested in him doing well in Germany because that is where I think he belongs and will thrive again.
