Magnolia (2000). It covers everything and more, including raining frogs. Plus one of the best casts I’ve seen.

Arrival and Magnolia are both in my top 30 films of all time
Films not in the top 250 of all time imdb ratings is a good source of material. ET The Extraterrestirial and Close Encounters of the Third kind both not in the top 250, staggering

That’s both surprising and unjustified.
Huh? All massive hits, highly regarded, and still enjoyed by people to this day.
Taken and Bourne generally regarded as well crafted thrillers with mass appeal.
Bourne especially was largely liked by critics.
