That's a shame. Got tickets for a show in Manchester which will get refunded for but booked and paid for hotel already on a non-refundable basis. Wonder if they will be kind to me under the circumstances and it is over 7 months out! Doubt it, though!

Schindlers factory is just outside the city centre and easily walkable. As others have said Auschwitz and the Salt Mines are a must.

Awesome film. Must have watched it at least 50 times over the years. Always, always think of it when on the seafront and imagining what it would have been like for real running amok on the beach! Just a few years too young to have taken part in the truly fun times. Mods rule!!

Webbe's is well worth eating in. Less formal dining downstairs and an upstairs restaurant which has been superb the couple of times we have eaten in there.
