Went for loaning the attacking midfielder because the pot is limited and a flair playmaker who is good cost a fraction less than top strikers. Farming the u21s of top prem/la liga/bundesliga sides is the way to go I feel - tex worked for us and Pritchard worked for Brentford. Someone like Marcos...

We need a winger with quality who can play both sides, and preferably a back up centre back/ someone who can step in for greer next season. Get a young attacking midfielder on loan and we're looking good

Two of these three is a real strong sign - will be tough to land though. Marshall seems set to drag, vaz te is a touch injury prone and would probably be on sizeable wages, and Perez is apparently set on rejoining deportivo, his local club.
