If goods are made in the EU then they are duty free and it’s extra paperwork, which is really no issue. If a brand or company manufacturers outside the EU (like a TV, a pair of trainers, a polo shirt etc) that’s where the increased costs start due to the “Rule of Origin”. Importing Italian made...

Annoyingly there is no duty drawback available. We import goods from all over the world, and pay the appropriate duty to HMRC. We then wholesale throughout the EU and these customers/dealers/retail stores now have to pay duty, where they didn’t before. So the dealers are now seeing a price hike...
