We're actually quite pleased, aside from one dodgy moment against Millwall he's not really put a foot wrong.

The general consensus amongst the Cardiff fans after the Leeds game was that Harding was the best opposition player on the night. I was quite impressed with him.

Isn't that the same game where you reported that one of his Leeds team-mates ended up laying into him? :lolol:

That's the one. Mad Shaun Derry. He lost the ball, tried to kneecap one of our players with a two-footed challenge, leapt up off the floor in spectacular fashion and attacked Harding for no apparent reason. A curious incident, but very funny.

Derry (who is fast becoming a cult hero at Leeds) was forced to apologise for that, not sure if you caught it but he went to headbutt Harding for not passing the ball to him.

Seems to have done Harding the world of good mind, the two have been playing well together since then!

It was on the other side of the pitch to me, but it was hilarious at the time and looked even funnier on the TV afterwards. And I did see his apology in the paper a couple of days later.

The funniest thing about it was that there is almost always a bit of handbags between the two sets of players after the sort of challenge Derry put in on our lad (can't remember who it was now). But on this occasion Derry jumped up off the ground and got stuck into one of his own team. Our lot didn't seem to know what to do in those circumstances. Most of them just stood there looking bemused!

We're actually quite pleased, aside from one dodgy moment against Millwall he's not really put a foot wrong. He's playing in a defence that in three and half games has conceded just one goal. Not too shabby. When Killer came on it went to pot but that was nothing to do with Harding.

He's been very good at going forward though with Lewis doing the same it has left us exposed but so far hasn't cost as a goal.

And he was up against Seoul on satdee, arguably one of the best oplayers in the division and he first kicked him into row Z then kept him out the rest of the game.

Far from the finished product and there has been some criticism aimed at him but I;d say most Leeds fans are happy with his performances.

Not much of a surprise, really. You got a good player on the cheap. I will give him the bird on Sept 10 though because I'm hoping in my own little way to help focus the attention of our own boo-boy fans away from our own players :D

Wear an Albion shirt with 'London Irish' emblazoned in big letters across the back. They'll boo you instead.

It's true because it's funny :D

I've got no axe to grind about Harding.

But I could not believe how poor he looked on Saturday. May have just been the 'high-lights' but he didn't seem to do anything well.

There was one great incident in the Leeds box where he was running round in circles whilst the ball was headed around the box, must have made three half hearted attempts to get to the ball beofre someone else cleared up for him.

If the Leeds and Cardiff fans are impressed with that sort of performance then lets all hope for some attacking width by the time we play them as their right backs must be pretty shit too.

Carole v Harding on Sept 10. I think it will be a good contest and not the walkover you assume.
