I don't see why we can't play Ali up front alongside Maupay. Ali was the top scorer in the Eredivisie so he knows where the back of the net is. Or play him on the left and try Trossard on the right so he can cut in on his left foot.

It's interesting that Dale 'The crab' Stephens' never gets called out as slow, but Propper and Gross Do, despite being arguably as quick or quicker ( Propper caught and dispossessed fairy socks on the wing today)
All of them are capable of 90 minutes.
The flair springy poncey players who shine 5 times a season can't last an hour. We need the right recipe for the opposition, which is a mix of all types. GP doesn't know what that is yet, odd.y his weakest area is player the lesser teams with destructive/negative tactics.
Get into them -****em up isn't in his vocabulary. Shame.

To be honest, I’m surprised we haven’t been linked with him before, decent player and we could definitely do with a Kosovan to add to our list of nationalities.
However, not sure he would offer much more than what Mooy and Trossard already do?

What a huge joke that would be... we have one inexperienced and not ready striker, one over the hill striker, and an over-reliance on Maupay... we need to bring in a striker who can contribute from the off, not another two inexperienced lads...
