This is not going to end well is it?

I’m with you but it depends on what outcome you want. There are too many who want to kick back at the establishment (remember the disrupters at in the classroom and at school) regardless of outcome. Success to them isn’t that we kick on from here as a society, it’s that we kick the “establishment” in the balls. They are happy to be poorer, more isolated, a laughing stock. For them that is a good ending

Would a no deal Brexit be the end of this terrible uncertainty? Would we at least know where we stand? Would we have finally broken free of the shackles of the EU? Is it the Brexiteer's wet dream?

Brief summary from The Guardian (Note: by all means contest the assertions but please do better than simply saying something along the lines of 'they would say that'.)

No. One of the biggest appeals about a no-deal Brexit for voters who support it is the idea of “getting it over with”, absorbing whatever chaos takes place and moving on to other priorities. But this is a fantasy. The UK could not trade perpetually on WTO terms and would need to make a permanent trade deal with the EU – involving just the same issues as before, such as a divorce payment, and arrangements for the Irish border. The main difference is that this would all need to happen as quickly as possible, without the buffer of a transition period running to the end of 2020.

If we walk away not paying our due debts to the EU does anyone seriously think we will get any decent deals off the EU ever again?

People are living in a dream world if they think this is going to end up well.

You can make all the jokes you want but I think this is a VERY serious matter. I, for one, do not what our club to be known as one that protects and sympathises with Nazis. Which is what is happening at the moment!

Do you not think that you just take matters that shade too seriously and read into issues far more than you should? And why bring the club into what is said on NSC?

Dont know about you but I didnt need a campaign to help me vote leave. As soon as it was announced I knew where my x was going.

Me to and millions of others, all this spin about a deal has been invented as a smoke screen to stop Democracy from taking place , but we can see straight through it LEAVE MEANS LEAVE:thumbsup:

Ah but we would be free ! Free to try to cut some sort of deal with our nearest trading partners who we have just pissed right off.

I would be surprised if you gave it any thought at all.....

The clue was in the post...I'll be surprised if you'll ever accept it and allow democracy to prevail. Doubt it though because since the referendum remainers have a different definition of democracy. One where they make sure they get their way no matter what it entails and call it democracy.

I only don’t bother mentioning a further extension because currently the likelihood of another extension to negotiations beyond oct 31,is as we stand about zero to zilch.(things might change in the future).

Just like March 31st and April 12th then :)

Do you have a favorite flavour of fudge?

The fan base is an important part and it has a huge say on how others view us. Do we want to be known as Nazi sympathisers? I would say no. But there seems to be at least a powerful enough minority here that are happy to see that happen.

What is your actual evidence for this neurotic stance? The mods are protecting Nazi sympathisers, are they? Who exactly is involved in this so-called powerful minority and what actual posts constitute Nazism?? Haven't we had enough of late of fantasists craving to be believed?

Nope, not like march 31st and April 12th at all, when an extension to the negotiations had a much higher probability of occurring, relatively speaking.
Thanks for playing.

If you believe in 'Democracy' and want to uphold it then why are the BREXIT people so sh*t scared of another vote ? If there was another vote and remain won then that is what the current Democratic view is....
