Think its fair to say a considerable amount of transfer business In and Out still has to happen. 5-6 additional players incoming from now would be about right

We've already signed 3 first team squad players. And assuming Krul leaves then we need another keeper, centre back, attacking midfielder, winger.. Need to replace Goldson, Rosenior, Sidwell, Murphy etc . Take it from me. We will.

I've heard, from various places, that the target is four more.
I assume that this is subject to change, based upon any large bids for Dunk, the Krul situation and ability to move on Hemed/Baldock.
OTM's news that Murray now counts as HGP is a real help!

In that case, we are going to struggle quite a lot this season.

The minimum we need is a goalkeeper, centre back, central midfielder and another winger. Ideally, we'd also get another defensive option and maybe even another attacker to replace Baldock so four is the minimum.

That was what I was thinking - if, as he said, we only sign two/three, where does the rest of the squad come from? I for one can't see many, if any, of those you list being in the 25.

For the record, my guess would be 4-5 more to come in.

I think that we will sign an out of contract old keeper on a free as 3rd keeper. We do not need another winger or CB urgently as we have signed Balogun so again possibly an OOC oldie as 4th choice if needed. So my 2 to sign and spend money on would be a CM and a utility defeneder. The possible 3rd could be a CB like MOORE but as I said not needed at the moment. I think a couple from the U23s could be in the squad probably under age so no need to be named.

Don’t agree - we absolutely need another out and out CB. With only D, D and Balogun we’re one injury/suspension away from being woefully exposed.
