Large trees grow more slowly than saplings.

You get both sets of data there. % and monetary value.

I agree won’t your sentiments about the rate of growth being dependant upon size, however this hasn’t stopped so many remainers wanting to quote facts like “even Greece has a higher gdp growth rate than the UK”, but for some reason they are too thick to understand that Greeces’ GDP has collapsed to about 60% (from memory) of the level of 2008, so a temporary uptick above our GDP rate is irrelevant, but still the same of fools come out with that crap.

The simple fact is, the importance of the EU as a percentage of world GDP is shrinking. Also, when our GDP gets excluded from the EU total, it will be even less (being that we’re the 6th largest economy in the world).

Is that your answer to my question about what British car I should buy? Appreciate your effort, but I was looking for five doors. The one you suggest doesn't have any.

What defines it as a British? Fully owned by Britain investors?, 100% manufactured in Britain? 100% assembled in Britain using British sourced goods and 100% British workforce?. Im sure if you look at anything manufactured in a large scale( or even small scale) around the globe, components or ingredients will be sourced from far and wide with the company backed by investors from many countries.
I do find it odd some of you, in an ever increasing global market, wish to diminish the efforts of the British workforce, labourers, technicians, designers who are proud in packaging together a product “Made in Britain” with the slight “ yeah but its not really British is it guys”.
Very much part of a theme of those who over many years have sought to generally run the country down at any given opportunity.

Ah, that strong EU economy crap again. Please enlighten us why such as strong economy needs QE - still ongoing.

Oh I guess we can start blaming the QE in the EU as to why we've gone from the strongest growth in the G7 to pretty much the weakness.

Yeah But the EU bank is pumping billions into the EU economy which is a time bomb for future generations who will have to eventually pay it back.

So you don’t think that QE has any impact on the rate of growth being achieved in the EU then I assume?

See, I’m not blaming our huge drop in GDP rate of 1.9% in 2016 to 1.8% in 2017 on the EU. Wow, look at that, a staggering 0.1% drop in the rate of GDP growth.

Man the lifeboats; women and children first. The country is collapsing and we need to call in the IMF (actually, based on their track record of forecasts, I’ll take a rain check there too please).

So pretty please, exaplin why they need QE still if they are so great. Oh, and interest rates of 0%.

This will be good to hear :lol;

And the German sell how much more to China than we do?

Have I missed someone suggesting that Britain will out compete the Germans in flogging stuff to China?

If you take that meaning from it, take it, but I think you give the impression that perhaps you are, by posting twice in response without being able to say, yes, it is a shame when racists and xenophobes wrap themselves in the Union Flag.

Doubling down on the honesty front then. Why are you so afraid to express your true opinion/prejudice?

I agree, the rest of the world is an ever more important market, I believe we would get better deals though, as part of the EU as trade deals tend to favour the larger partner.

Yes, I remember the Falklands conflict, very proud of the guys that served there.
Do you remember the 22nd SS panzer division massacares at Oradour-sur-Glane and Tulle? They were known as Das Reich, who was it that used to also go by that name?

I stand corrected.
Still, I don't get how a twunt who used to call himself Das Reich on here, has the front to suggest that he is the patriot.
