Wrong windows in both buildings.
...but the windows in that picture look like newer double glazed ones so maybe not one to dismiss straight away. Are there any old photos of the pub available?

I’ve now searched pubs, restaurants, and hotels in Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire. still no luck.

Thanks for the interest in this detective drama. I’ve sought the owner’s permission to publish the whole picture. Please excuse the poor photoshopping. And yes, I think the original picture is a bit creased hence the kink in the roof line.

This is the best picture for our detective work. Let's list what we can or can't see.
A line of maybe white light bulbs about 2' apart above Windows.
No pub sign. Flat fronted(building not figure). Interesting porch.
Blackboard. Bollards. Seating area. Hanging baskets mismatching.
Huge trees in summer leaf.
I've still no ******* idea.
Good shout
Cemetary, cemetary. What do we pay our taxes for? oh, I don't anymore ........
The more pertinent question is does it sell craft beer?
Completely the correct use of churchyard - Churchyard - god save us from the perdents
This thread has become obsessive to me, im going out of my way today to survey the Church hill side of the Black Lion
