And it helps that Muhammad was a brutal warlord who left behind plenty of examples and really bad messages for them to follow on how to spread Islam. And of course what to do to people who defy you and won't convert.

You didn't answer my question.. If you genuinely think these people must have been taught evil from birth to commit such attacks, what were the mass murderers in America taught?

I have thought this for months. You cannot radicalise a normal person. Islamic teaching since birth is what causes people to do this. Sick religion.

People need to get their head out of their arses and get it through their thick heads that there is a serious problem with Islam.

It doesn't really matter that there are a lot of nice friendly muslims in the world, they are irrelevant , just as the millions of lovely friendly moderate German population was 70 years ago, they were irrelevant too as the mental Nazi part of their population helped lead to the death of 80 million people.

The Nazi ideology had to be defeated and eradicated and unfortunately a lot of the non Nazi Germans died as a result of that.

Thats the problem with war, and a reality too. The innocent always get caught in the crossfire.

There'll come a point where people will get bored of laying flowers, lighting candles, typing RIP and condemning actions. We're a very tolerant nation, we're sh*t scared of offending anyone, or being branded racist/bigots etc, and we have been for years.

As a nation, we're a laughing stock for how we bend over and take it from just about anyone. We'll be pushed, pushed, pushed some more - then we'll all snap, wake the f*ck up, and swing the other way to zero tolerance.

Until we get to that point, this will just keep happening.

In a statement outside Downing Street, Mrs May said there was "far too much tolerance" of extremism in the UK. She said "difficult" and potentially "embarrassing" conversations were needed within the UK about dealing with the spread of extremism.

In a way you're right. The people that are 'radicalized' aren't normal. They're most likely loners, and losers and easily manipulated. It's more the community that they are in opposed to the religion itself, so to speak. One could probably just as easily convince desperate teenagers with no friends to become drug runners and prostitutes as well as a religious extremist.

I live in Leyton, London - a hugely Islamic area of the city. And everyone from white-gentrified tapas connoisseurs to the people that have lived here for decades get along in relative harmony. London is probably the most ethnically diverse place in the whole world (needs fact-checking). I'm all for people practising their faiths in peace. Sadly to say we're in an era now.

The problem, obviously apart from the people exacting these atrocities, is the "brains" behind the operation. We live in a post religious state where all religions, including Christianity, the foundation of our society, is now regarded as delusional among most circles. Active steps need to be taken to consign religion to a thing of the past. Zero-tolerance licences and registers on institutions and leaders would be a sensible idea to start controlling this crusade-like mentality within Islam. This is 2017.

Edit: As I write this a good friend of mine tells her friend was stabbed in the neck. Likely to be okay but they are still waiting for news. What happened last night is truly horrendous and needs to not happen again. I don't think any of us could really comprehend what it's like to be on the receiving end of something like this.

Let's stop beating about the bush. The problem is Islam. The solution, deport all Muslims immediately and don't even consider letting any of them back in until they can prove they have learned to live peacefully in a civilised society.

What an absolutely ridiculous statement to make!! Can I remind you that Beram Kayal is a Muslim. What the f**k has Beram done to deserve to be deported?!? This has f**k all to do with Beram and the vast majority of Muslims. Please take your 1930s comments elsewhere!

Which mass murderers in the US? You'll have to be specific as they aren't one homogeneous group of people.

Unlike say Sunni Muslims who follow the teachings of the world's worst mainstream religious prophet.

What part of Muhammad being a Hitler/Stalin of his time and region doesn't register?

Sad times for all and we will tolerate it no longer.

Just my own thoughts on some of the depressing comments posted on here so far today:

1. "Lets declare war on ISIS" - those sad individuals who are desparately searching for a raison d'être for their little lives will now have one - we will have acknowledge their belief that they are "glorious" warriors instead of just deranged murderers.

2. "Lets deport all Muslims" - where to? And why?

3. "Being brought up a Muslim is the problem" - it is my understanding that a disproportionate number of these murderers are in fact recent converts with little understanding of Islamic religion or culture.

4. "Islam is evil, lets bulldoze all the mosques" - my belief is that religion is the problem, not specifically Islam. Many, many atrocities have been committed in the name of Christianity in the past. However, as well as being a catalyst for evil, it can also be a catalyst for great good. Without religion, the bad/sad/mad people would find or invent some other ideology to justify their urge to commit evil acts.

Well done PM May, fine statement with some strong wording, ironic that she has more balls than all the weak, cuck, lefty politicians put together.

I don't think the UK is a laughing stock at all. I think a lot of nations are looking on in sympathy thinking we could just as easily be next.

How about the Umpqua Community College shooting, please tell me what he was "taught from birth" to be able to commit such an act.

You mean the guy with Aspergers who graduated from a learning centre that was a school for teenagers with learning disabilities or emotional issues and who had long term mental issues?

That guy?

Very well said. 100% in agreement. Islam is an out of date cancer in our society.

The embarrassing conversations that need to be had are the one's with the arms seller's, that equip both sides to have this ever perpetual war that cost's money and lives!
But, as we are the 2nd biggest arms exporter in the world, do you believe that's really going to happen?

These wars we have in Muslim countries, to supposedly protect the innocent civilians from "despot dictors" are all a front to rape the country for it's mineral and oil wealth, that the Western society still needs to survive in this consumer-driven planet that we now live on!
We have been trying to enforce our will on them for centuries and centuries, remember the Crusades! (Well I don't personally!)
And now they're fighting back to impose Islam on us!
I really can't see this ending well.and that's the sad part in these supposed "Enlightened" times :catfight::guns::cry:

If you haven't read "1984" by George Orwell, I urge you to do so, to see where the "Elites" are trying to push us

Oh but I thought you had to taught evil from birth? You never mentioned they could be mentally ill.. Like I said, extremist leaders target people who aren't all there mentally because they know they are easy to brainwash.
