Ditto. We've had Alan Duncan for 25 fecking years now!

I was just thinking to myself while I don't watch the local TV news religiously, the only time I can recall him featuring on it was when he was embroiled in the expenses scandal.

If you haven't seen this it really is worth a watch to see the nature of the man:

Yet the imbeciles round here still vote for him. 55.6% share of the vote last time. :wanker:

Have LibDems done better there in the past? Perhaps it is because they expect some drift from Blue to Yellow, and suggest Labour voters add to that?

Indeed, what a difference 5 years made!

I'm going all in with Baron von Thunderclap.

Even the video 'still' shows him in a smug manner!

That's the thing, it's not about the expenses it's about the attitude.

The guy who fitted the flooring here when we moved in had also fitted the flooring in one of Duncan's houses and said he was the worst person he'd ever worked for.

He didn't even offer him a cuppa or anything in the days he was working there. :nono:

I'm voting tactically for Labour. I've found the Tories' campaign very odd and alienating, becoming more so every day. Not a big fan of personal attacks, which seem to be the major tactic here. Just reading about how the Tories strategically edited a video of Jeremy Corbyn condemning the IRA to make it sound like the opposite - whatever you think of Corbyn, that, to me, is a shameful way of trying to win votes.

Ah, someone else who can't read.

As was pointed out a few pages back, it's a poll for how people will vote not what they think will happen.

A NSC prediction poll may be interesting however

Indeed.

Who I think will win, who I want to win, and who I am personally voting for are THREE different answers.

I'm currently going for a Tory majority of ~80, was expecting a full on landslide of +100, and still quite possibly will be, but I also wouldn't be surprised to actually see it reduced.

Basically I'm hedging my bets!

we have just traveled by bus to the DGH in Eastbourne (about 4/5 miles there and back) passed plenty of Lloyd posters and just two tory (bit different to the last general election tory posters plastered everywhere.

we will be voting tactically again ( sorry the Labour bloke stands no chance) so Stephen it is then

Yep. One of the Labour votes on that poll is mine, but it will count for absolutely nothing in the constituency I'm in. GO DEMOCRACY!

Ed Davey for me as he is far better than the Tory who was parachuted in last election and won by a slim margin!
