Seeing as Theresa May wants to know exactly what YOU are browsing on the internet I doubt very much you'd want YOUR internet history published for all to see

#squirtinggermanbabes

On a semi serious note, one reason why I won't be voting fro Theresa May is the Digital Economy proposals, which will make certain types of grumble illegal here in the UK. I fail to see why something that can take place between consenting adults cannot be viewed by consenting adults.

The tenuous links to child porn (which is ridiculous, because if you viewed things on a personal level, if you like sex, it does not mean you like sex with children) hold no water IMO.

It seems incongruous that we are blase about viewing acts of violence, murder and mayhem, and there is no noticeable will, political or otherwise, to prevent the film and TV industry not showing that, but double standards come when on the subject of sex.

Similarly with the forced marriage of children before they reach the age of 16. It's incredible to think that in 2017 a country would allow 9.4 million under 16 women to marry, or families forcing their kids to marry men who rape them, especially if that country is...the United States Of America.

LOONEY BIN
Seems the 'small business' owner on last nights debate moaning about paying the increased corporation tax is in fact owner of several businesses with an income of £1.2million. Just shows how desperate the Tories are to win the election they have to resort to smear after smear and lie after lie as they know their policies are useless just like their leader

Assuming by 'income' you mean turnover then a £1.2m business IS a small business.

There is a poster further back claiming that Corbyn was supporting the IRA, but then also going to be weak on defence, weak on terrorism, always voting for peace, or not being tough enough. Doesn't make any sense to me that a person that has campaigned for peace all his life suddenly supported a terrorist organisation. Yes, he may have met representatives that in his mind was an attempt to start peaceful dialogue, that the only resolution was to lobby for peace. He may have made misjudgements along the way, but from all the evidence I have seen, the biggest accusation I think that can be made is that he was naive in his approach. You cannot on the one hand be critical of someone for being too peaceful and not have the security and defence of our country at their heart, and at the same time say they supported a violent organisation - I just don't buy that.

it may have been my post you are referring to, if so then I will try and show you my thinking.. Despite what the Labour Party and their friends would now have us believe, at the time Corbyn was a minor MP with no clout at all. He was a bit of a nuisance to the party. He didn't just meet the leaders of Sinn Fein, (McGuiness and Adams), he attended vigils, took part in minute silences, campaigned for special IRA prisoner treatment, campaigned outside courts etc. He was not part of any behind the doors meetings to resolve the "troubles". It has taken him until just this past week, despite being asked repeatedly to do so for the past few years, to denounce IRA activities specifically. This to me raises serious concerns over his statements that he had no sympathies towards the vile movement. (see also Dianne Abbotts interview this past weekend for more of the same). Now, as for his stand on defence, he is the Vice President of an organisation committed to getting rid of NATO, Nuclear Weapons , Nuclear power, and also reducing the defence forces. Despite it being a manifesto pledge to keep Trident, it will be included in the defence review, and there is no point reviewing something if you have no intention of scrapping it. So that is why I have as much difficulty with his defence credentials as with his stance on the IRA .
I know others have different views, but personally I can not trust him , his front bench team cant even agree on what is or isn't included in the review.

Defence will always be my number 1 issue in an election, but I also have concerns about his BREXIT strategy (he doesn't seem to have one, and is promising to give away a lot of concessions (eu residential rights for example) before they even start talking!

He has some good policies. BUT he has some right stinkers (renationalisation , give everything free to everyone) , unfortunately the stinkers are deal breakers for a lot of people

No income, not turnover, he made £1.2million profit from one of the FOUR businesses he owns. Bet he wishes he hadn't gone on their lying now as his financial affairs are being examined all over the internet now

Go on then, I'm all ears - how about some links so I can do some reading about him ?

I guess it's symptomatic of what happens when supposedly loyal Labourites have had the knives out for Corbyn for so long. The media latch onto that narrative.

I wouldn't vote for Corbyn in any further leadership election, there needs to be a leader who has authority and can actually lead. The experiment has failed at great costs to people's lives

You keep quoting that and I don't understand why. Surely it's a good thing when someone considers a change in situation and changes their mind rather than saying "I support this party and I will support this party until I die no matter what happens"? I think a lot of us had no faith in Corbyn for a while but he's transformed himself and is becoming a really good leader of the party.

Not surprised Corbyn forgot his figures. Labour have made so many promises, no human being on the planet could be expected to keep a handle on them all.

Labours election strategy? - think of something popular - then promise it!

I'm getting really excited - if Labour win the Election, then everything for the rest of my life will be FREE and I'll never need to work again.
